BMW E36 M3 EVOLUTION (MANUAL 3.2) CONVERTIBLE for sale
Very reluctant sale of my E36 M3 Evo, purchased the car in May 2014 from mature private seller, he had owned the car for years and had covered less than 7k miles in this time. The service book has 12 stamps in it, of which are by BMW. In my ownership I've spent over ??3000 on the car, have receipts for around ??2000 of this. I've carried out most of the work myself which has included new radiator & oil cooler bracket, an oil & filter change, spark plugs, air filter, rear brake discs & pads, oil level sensor, rear wheel bearing, new air ducts and various plastics, window seal, grille, flasher relay, new wheels & tyres have the original wheels too) hard top, pioneer Bluetooth stereo (allows mobile phone hands free), new brake lines, new oil hose, new rocker cover gasket, spark plug gaskets and new front springs. The brake lines were the only item to be changed by garage as don't have lift. All parts that have purchased have been OEM parts from either BMW or euro car parts. There's probably some things I've forgotten about. The hard top was purchased years ago second hand as they are no longer available from BMW, it is Boston green colour as the picture shows, it has not yet been sprayed black to match the car and being honest haven't used it since bought it, which is why haven't bothered to have it sprayed, I've also purchased second hand soft top, since purchased the car the fully automatic roof has needed to be tucked in to the compartment before the compartment lid will close, only purchased the roof months ago and my intention was to change this over during the winter when the car is off the road but as I'm selling it, it will be left off, the current roof works fine, you just have to tuck it in before the lid will shut. The paintwork is original, there are some small blemishes around the car but nothing major, for what will soon be 20 year old car it's in great condition. The original M3 EVO wheels could do with refurb. Mechanically the car runs great and has just be put through an MOT for the new owner, I've only covered 2700 miles in the time I've had it (mileage now 114,963), it's only ever taxed for months of the year and spends the rest of the time in my garage, it's never been drivin in the rain during the time I've had it. The car is totally original except for the aftermarket pioneer stereo, installed this as the radio that came with the car wasn't an OEM one anyway and wanted to have Bluetooth hands free kit. The car will come with some good DIY books specifically for the E36 M3, one of which is the Bentley service manual, it costs around ??70-??100. If the car is bought at the "buy it now" price, it will come with the spare soft top, hard top and original M3 alloys, if not these will be sold separately. The car has reserve on it. It is available to view and I'm happy to take anyone test run but will be driving. Any questions feel free to ask. Cash on collection only. The car is advertised elsewhere. Thanks. Paul 07792221390
