Up for sale is my much cared for, much loved, 2008 BMW Z4 Coupe 3.0 Si Sport.
The car is in immaculate condition inside and out and is mechanically spot on, with an actual full service history.
I have wanted one of these ever since they came out and searched for months to find really genuine, clean, low mileage example that hadn't been modified and had been well looked after.This one popped up and after an agreed inspection by garage, knew it was the perfect car. When purchased it, bought some freshly refurbished Z4M coupe style 224 alloy wheels with four Michelin Pilot Sport non runflat tyres to replace the BMW split rims with runflats on. This made the world of difference to the ride and to the look of the car.I also bought the BMW ZHP gear knob to replace the original as its bit weightier and shorter giving the gear changes smoother easier feel plus massively improving the cosmetics of the interior. Apart from these genuine BMW recommended upgrades, the car is completely standard.
I will try and list as detailed and truthfully as can, so here goes:
exterior paint absolutely mint, have had the car professionally detailed twice since ownership (the latest being in july this year) and have kept on top of washing/polishing/waxing regularly which has improved the depth and quality of the beautiful saffire black paint, there aren't even any swirl marks. It is pretty much perfect, even to my high standards. The pictures don't really do it justice.
Headlights Factory fitted Xenon auto adjusting headlights with new bulbs. All work perfectly and are really bright.
Interior absolutely mint, the interior has also benefited from regular professional detailing and leather treatments times since ownership. again have kept on top of keeping it clean and treated to avoid any ageing etc. The drivers side right hand seat bolster shows signs of wear now but I'm sure leather expert or someone that knows what their doing could sort this. It really has to be seen to be appreciated. The seats are the red, sports, heated, memory seats with passenger isofix system.There is factory fitted aux input.Factory fitted optional extra Bluetooth/ HandsfreeFactory fitted optional extra piano black trim.Factory fitted rare optional extra electric folding wing mirrors.Genuine BMW ZHP speed leather gear knob.Auto darkening rear view mirror.Factory fitted darkened privacy glass which goes perfectly with the saffire black paint.Factory fitted optional extra steering wheel.Factory fitted optional extra upgraded speaker system.
Wheels absolutely mint, Genuine BMW Z4M coupe style 224 alloy wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport tyres, grip perfectly, stops the factory tram lining, increases ride comfort over the factory fitted awful runflats. all four tyres are in good condition and have plenty of tread.
Mechanics the car is mechanically perfect, have always run it on Shell power and it drives spot on. It has full service history, in addition, have had the oil changed twice, once when the MOT was done when bought the car, once when the MOT was done in July this year. When had the inspection last month to make sure the car was all good to sell, one of the front wishbone rear bushes had slight play so had both sides changed. One of the rear springs was fractured so had both sides changed. then had the wheels laser tracked to make sure it was still perfect.It also threw up the EML light back in June which had diagnosed as an o2 sensor, got this changed straight away and it turned the light off with no problems.
The car really has to be seen in the flesh to be fully appreciated, I've tried to be as truthful as possible when describing the car and the only reason for selling is that am moving house in the next few months so need to free up as much money as can!
