2004 BMW M3 for sale

Hello
Up for sale is my 2004 BMW M3 Convertible. It has the SMG transmission which shifts smoothly with no slipping in the clutch. Pump is in good shape with no failures. Car has the alpine white exterior with cinnamon interior both of which are in good shape. The lower front bumper has lot of scuffs, the passenger mirror has some scrapes and there is noticeable scratch in the paint on the passenger fender. Other than that the paint condition is good, and the interior is in good shape. The only issues can point out with the interior is the carbon fiber trim coming off (needs to be glued as it is an overlay kit) and the driver seat upper bolster has some wear from getting in/out of the car (see photo). Backseats and passenger seat are in perfect condition.
Mechanically and electronically, everything works; heated power/memory seats work great, all speakers work and all lights and gauges work as well. Speaking of lights, the TPMS light is on (red) because it is due for rebuild. just put brand new rear tires on in April and new fronts on last January all corners have good tread left (I only drove couple thousand miles since last january due to month deployment went on).
Aftermarket pieces include full TTFS ECU/SMG tune SMG cog light comes on yellow when the car idles for about minutes or more and code "00003B: Engine Stall Speed" pops up on my reader. When driving, though, the light isn't on. According to some forum members at M3forum, this is common glitch with the SMG transmission. Clearing the code makes it go away for little bit, but it'll return. Again, nothing mechanically wrong with the SMG though do suggest getting PPI done to ensure peace of mind. There is also carbon fiber CSL style diffuser paint matched to the rest of the car, carbon fiber spoiler and black grills front and side, smoked LED turn signals, and clear reflectors. Car will come with uninstalled brand new lowering springs believe they are Megan Racing brand. Wheels are plastidipped rears are peeling on the edge of the rim due to the new tire installation. Calipers are painted red with caliper paint.
Maintenance wise, had an oil change done last year at the BMW dealer, and one done at an indy earlier this year. full interior detail was done earlier this year as well which included leather reconditioning and cleaning of all the trim pieces and entire dashboard. replaced the brake pads just under two years ago and should be good to go for while. Brand new windshield professionally installed two weeks ago (old one had crack that began spiderwebbing)- have the receipt for this.
Overall, this car is in good shape for its age. Still turns heads and starts conversations mainly due to its color combination. White brown is good looking combo have the title in hand, clear and good to go. Car passes smog with no problems no CELs contact me for more detailed photos and more information. PPIs are welcome, can make recommendations for indies in the area as have two other BMWs like to take to Indy mechs versus the stealership.
Up-to-date Nevada smog as of 07/22/2017 with certificate in handUp-to-date Nevada registration as of 07/24/2017
