EXTERIOR This example is clad in one of the most beautiful, desirable and iconic BMW colors ever, Estoril Blue.  The paint shows very well with few dings that PDR operation could easily correct.  The front end has rock chips commensurate with mileage.  The wheels are in great shape with almost no rash.      INTERIOR Interior and exterior are solid for 17YO.  The 99 models had the smaller, spoke steering wheel and rear seat headrests.  The interior (headliner, pillar covers, rear seats and door panels are in exceptional condition).  Vader front seats were re-dyed and repaired.  The leather is intact however with no rips or tears although the driver side seat bolsters are showing their minor wear as seen in the pictures. MECHANICALS The S52 engines found in the OBDII (96-99) models are stout requiring minimal maintenance.  The E36 chassis is intuitive & user friendly for the DIY-ers.  There is an array of online community making the value of the e36 hard to beat.  They are finally getting their due as demonstrated by their increasing value.  The S52 makes great, 'around town' torque when compared to the S50 engines found in the 1995 versions.  Apart from the suspension upgrades and aftermarket intake exhaust, the engine and it??�s peripherals are stock.  Only OEM parts were used for  maintenance.    ELECTRICAL AC and heater work well.  Sunroof, Windows and all lighting function as they should.   RECENT UPGRADES/NEW PARTSNew tires Clean title and Carfax, no accidents, original panels all vin tags present New clutch New detent springs New rogue rsm with reinforcement plates (FCAB??�s & RTAB??�s looked fine)  CF cold air intake AA exhaust Bilstein/h&r Front cross drilled rotors Wheels look new with essentially no rash Whalen shift machine (this is $250 weighted, stainless steel work of mechanical art all by itself)Spare w/full tread pilot sport Euro lighting Kenwood headunit w/Bluetooth Pandora etc Sony Amp
