Rusty but complete 1991 BMW M5. Car has rust on the doors, door sills, frame, floorboards (holes) and other parts of the body. Unless you have body shop or do body work this car is most likely better for turning your E34 into an M5 clone or using the drivetrain in another chassis and selling the M5 specific parts. I bought the car in the spring from the second owner who had the car since 1998 and 155k miles. The car came from Maryland with "Mileage exceeds mechanical limits" on the title. The previous owner said it was the actual mileage so I'm not certain as to what happened, but wanted to disclose everything. I had the intention of restoring this car to its former glory, but I've realized it's bigger project than can handle. Fluids were changed regularly. Car has new radiator, exhaust, belts, and battery. The wipers and A/C fan blower motor do not work, but the replacement parts come with the car. The car runs and drives. The previous owner who was BMW car club member did most of the work on the himself. He told me that the top end of the engine was serviced recently (valve adjustment) but the bottom end is original. The gearbox was serviced recently. I can send you videos of the car idling and driving. I haven't noticed any smoking or significant oil loss since I've owned the car. Please feel free to ask me any questions. have tried my best to portray the car to the best of my knowledge. This car is sold as is with no warranty. Once again this project car or can be used for parts.
