BMW Z4 Si SPORT COUPE 
I purchased the vehicle in March 2016 with no intention of selling the car. However, we made the mistake of buying period property this March (2017) which has brought us number of surprises for which we had not budgeted for (see pictures). 
Having put off listing the car (hoping we would wrap up work on the house without selling the Z4) we are now uncomfortably close to running out of funds for the renovation work and something needs to give. We have two other vehicles therefore the Z4 has to sadly go, it is non-essential for us. 
The car is in very good condition, the interior and exterior are near immaculate. viewed number of coupes and this was by far in the best all round condition. The car is 10 years old so please approach the car not expecting brand new vehicle. The car is understated, stunning  I've had numerous comments about it in my ownership. Don't take my word for it. 
The car drives well, it really is pleasure to drive. The driving position being quite low and long pronounced bonnet makes you feel as though you really are driving something special. The car is an appreciating classic, the mileage for the age is reasonable, don't let it put you off. 
I purchased an RAC vehicle car passport when purchased the vehicle. It's essentially an enhanced HPI Check. The vehicle is clear. I'm happy to transfer this to the new owner. 
As had not intended to sell the car, have carried out any work needed during my ownership. The car has full stamped service history, mixture of BMW and other dealer history. 
During my ownership all work has been carried out by Master Tech at Toyota Hills of Woodford. The mechanic previously worked at Stephen James BMW Enfield and looked after one of our previous vehicles (BMW 325I Touring). Since moving to Toyota and the dealership is next to us, continued to use the same mechanic for all our cars. 
During my ownership have completed the following;Oil Service Inspection service (using BMW parts)Clutch Replacement (Sachs clutch shipped from Germany Invoice Available)LUK Flywheel (Invoice Available)Bosch Starter MotorTwo brand new Bridgestone Potenza runflats to rear (April 2017)Note: An Inspection II service is now due. As have been mulling over whether to keep the car, have yet to carry out this service. have however purchased all the BMW parts which cost approx ??200 (microfilter, oil filter, air filter, full set of spark plugs). can either have this service carried out before purchase or we factor this in to the sale cost.

The seller had purchased the car from Sales Director. As you will note, the bulk of mileage the car was accumulated during these last few years and is predominantly motorway mileage. 
I have driven the car sparingly over the last year and mostly on weekends. The car is parked in an underground secure car park at all times. 
The only bad point which need to mention is slight scuff to the passenger rear arch. was quoted ??130 to have this repaired (see pictures). Again, its low priority for me which would have addressed had kept the car.

Viewings are easier at weekends and weekday evenings (due to work). I'm happy for test drives with fully comprehensive insurance that allows you to drive other vehicles otherwise i'm happy to take you for drive.
