THE BAD:
OVER HEATING DUE TO SPLIT IN RUBBER HOSE UNDER MANIFOLD (you can hear the steam escaping when warmed up) -cheap fix, just don't have the time. 
Body has the usual scrapes and scratches for 20 year old car, but clear coat is NOT faded.
Interior needs TLC see photos) but would be presentable with little love. 
Much loved classic E39 series BMW ONLY selling due to buying ANOTHER E39 with lower mileage. NO RWC
