Up for auction is beautiful survivor 1979 BMW 320i. am the second owner and have restored it to it's former glory. The first owner was buddy of mine and always took great care of the car. striped down the exterior, removed all glass and removed the doors, hood and trunk and had the car painted in the original color matching beautifully and definitely out of 10 paint job. You will find no rust on this vehicle. In 1979 the car had the rust proofing procedure done making it that survivor. New engine mounts where installed. New rubber seals installed from doors, trunk to the hood. added beautiful BMW logo sound deadening mat to the hood. The interior was cleaned thoroughly and carpets taken out, lbs of dirt vacuumed out, shampooed, sanitized and completely washed down. The seats where removed and cleaned, surface rust removed from frames and repainted. The headliner was cleaned and looks new. replaced the steering wheel with very nice classic Nardi italian steering wheel with new center BMW horn button. The windshields have new rubber seals. new alternator has been installed. New head gasket seal has been put on the engine. All fluids have been flushed and replaced with new. The original wheels have been replaced with bigger and nicer BMW wheel. The tires are new. All functions work properly and the radio works great. replaced the front bumper with beautiful ALPINA front spoiler and tied it in nice to the front fenders. deleted the big bulky license plate by having the original holes welded over before the car was repainted. replace it with nicle sleak BMW license plate. added beautiful set of coco mats giving it that classic completed style.
